Monsoon Toll Rises to 258 as Heavy Rains Continue Across Pakistan
According to NDMA, six more people lost their lives in the past 24 hours, including three in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, two in Islamabad, and one in Sindh, pushing the total death toll from this year’s monsoon to 258, with 616 injured. Punjab remains the worst-hit, and further rainfall is expected until July 26. House collapses remain the leading cause of death, followed by flash floods and drowning.
